TCPA Submits Comments to EPA on 2019 RVO

Texas Corn Producers Association (TCPA) submitted comments to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on the proposed rule for the 2019 Renewable Volume Obligations (RVO). This rule proposes keeping the volume at 15 billion gallons, keeping it at the volume intended by Congress under the Renewable Fuels Standard (RFS).TCPA expressed its appreciation to the EPA for this implied volume obligation, but added its hope that the EPA will start accounting for the exemptions it gave refineries.
