It is time again for the Texas Corn Producers Association’s annual meeting! TCPA members can participate in this year’s annual meeting via Zoom or attend onsite in Lubbock, Texas.
The meeting will start at 9 a.m. with an update on the association’s efforts and a federal policy overview from Tom Sell with Combest, Sell & Associates. Members will also have an opportunity to vote on directors with expiring terms and elect the association’s officers.
During the meeting, TCPA will hold elections for the board seats in Regions 2 and 3, as well as three At-Large seats.
The members with expiring terms are:
- Region 2 – Kyla Hamilton
- Region 3 – Chad Wetzel
- At-Large – Larry Mason
- At-Large – Bart Thoreson
- At-Large – Russell Williams
Finally, TCPA members will slate the officers for the coming year. The current officers are: President Jim Sugarek of Bee County, Vice President Hagen Hunt of Hale County, and Secretary/Treasurer Chad Wetzel of Grayson County.
