Over the last two months, the moth trapping program funded by the Texas Corn Producers Board has been in full swing.

The checkoff-funded program gives farmers weekly updates from each participating county. Providing weekly information to farmers about moth activity during the growing season will inform farmers of the extent of the threat these pests can be to their crops.

The traps were set in June and will be continued to be counted every week until the end of August. Farmers should follow @TexasCorn on Twitter to stay up to date.
