“As we were visiting with legislators during the creation of the 2018 farm bill, we discussed all the needs and concerns of agriculturists – beyond the typical risk management and conservation programs that immediately come to mind. A clear issue we see in Texas is crop destruction from feral hogs,” David Gibson, the executive vice president for Texas Corn Producers Association (TCPA), said.
