This is the last month for Texas Corn Producers Association (TCPA) members to give input on federal farm safety net, conservation and crop insurance programs to the organization.
Ahead of Congress working on a farm bill, the association appreciates hearing directly from its members to ensure they have a scope of advocacy needs for the legislation.
“Congress is beginning to look at the next farm bill,” TCPA Executive Vice President David Gibson says. “It’s important for the association’s board to have insight from the state’s farmers to know how best to advocate for the industry as discussions begin on this important piece of legislation.”
