Committee and Cuero Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture are sponsoring a 5 Hour CEU Event
to be held on Thursday, November 7, 2019.
Program topics and guest speakers include: Planning a Prescribed Burn by Dr. Megan Clayton, Texas
A&M AgriLife Extension Range Specialist; Texas Pesticide Laws and Regulations by Melissa
Barton, Pesticide Inspector – Texas Department of Agriculture; Beef Cattle Herd Nutrition –
Supplementing During Winter Months by Dr. Joe Paschal, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension
Livestock Specialist; Managing Invasive Bluestems and Sedges in Range & Pastures by Dr. Megan
Clayton; Weed and Brush Control Products Update by Dr. Megan Clayton; and Beef Cattle Herd
Health Management – Winterizing Your Cow Herd by Dr. Joe Paschal.
The Program will conclude around 1:30 p.m. There will be a $20.00 per person fee charged. Lunch
will not be served; however light snacks will be provided throughout the morning.
