Conservation Charcuterie

September 16, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Free

Build a board of Texas-made food with Texas farmers

Building a beautiful charcuterie board doesn’t have to be a mystery. Knowing the story behind the food on your board doesn’t have to be either!

Join Eddie Jackson, celebrity chef and former NFL player, for this FREE {virtual} event on Thursday, September 16 from 6-7 pm CDT. REGISTER NOW!

Hear how farmers care for our environment while sustainably growing the delicious products we enjoy every day!

Host Eddie Jackson will join charcuterie artist Dana Anthony, the owner of Occasionally Board, to guide you through building a board from the comfort of your home with meats, cheeses, condiments, and more that are made in the state of Texas.

As the board comes together, viewers will have the opportunity to hear from the farmers who make boards (and every meal) possible through their dedication and care for their crops and livestock, as well as their land and resources

An evening to enjoy

When the conservation charcuterie is complete, participants will have the opportunity to join a farmer from the evening’s event in a breakout session with a featured blogger.

These bloggers will share a charcuterie twist to give inspiration for your next charcuterie board:

Made with local ingredients

The foods featured in the Conservation Charcuterie event all have Texas roots!

H-E-B is the event’s grocery partner. When you register, you’ll receive your H-E-B shopping list to purchase your products and be ready to build your board with us Sept. 16.
