Sowing Seeds of Opportunity
Texas Corn Producers (TCP) is committed to supporting the next generation of agricultural leaders. TCP is offering five $500 chapter grants to FFA chapters across the state of Texas. These grants aim to bolster local FFA programs and empower students to create additional opportunities for community involvement and chapter leadership development.
Eligibility
Grants are open to all active Texas FFA chapters in good standing. Both existing and new projects are eligible for consideration. We encourage FFA members to identify a project and complete the application.

Project Categories
Projects should incorporate corn, agricultural policy, or correlate with TCP’s mission: Be a trusted resource that resolves challenges and creates economic opportunities for Texas corn farmers.
Agricultural Education & Outreach
Events focused on educating the general public.
Examples: Farm tours, presentations on ag topics, workshops on agricultural skills
Leadership Development & Skill Building
Activities that develop leadership skills in FFA members while benefiting the community.
Examples: Ag safety day, youth education programs, etc.
Evaluation Criteria
Applications will be evaluated on:
- Relevance to agriculture, including incorporating corn
- Impact opportunity
- Feasibility, including timeline, budget and implementation plan
- Clarity and completeness of application
Important Details
- Chapters will be notified of application status by July 1.
- Projects must be completed before the start of the ‘26-‘27 school year
- A project report/summary must be submitted to Texas Corn Producers for the chapter to be eligible for future grants.
